Rose Bowl and Pasadena
It's Monday, 2nd January. As New Year's Day was a Sunday, Pasadena's Rose Parade is today. In fact, the parade was in progress when this photo was taken. Around the Rose Bowl stadium are various tents and other things associated with preparing floats for the parade.
